Valley of a Thousand Hills
Louise Abbiati went to Kwazulu Natal, South Africa during summer 2008 to document the lives of twenty teenage boys, all living under one roof, sharing space, possessions and time. All have endured trauma and pain in different guises as a consequence of HIV/Aids, poverty and violence. Within each of these boys is his own longing for a future of significance, hope and family. Meanwhile they hope and dream.......
